In Kiev, Ukraine, the Leonardo Business Centre is one of the Group's prime office complexes in Eastern Europe and has been extremely successful in attracting premier local and international tenants. A new 36,000m2 Class-A facility in Kuntsevo District in Moscow is now operational and currently being leased to local and international tenants with some space still available.
